A building with 10 (working) rooms will also need reception area, customer waiting rooms, staff amenities (toilets, showers, laundry, meals, rest areas), management office.

Going to hard to find that for $1M. Fitout alone probably close to that figure.

Need to factor in the cost of renting a property, or cost of finance if bought outright.

I've been intrigued by the concept of "training" a WG or even ML.

It's not like they can go to the local TAFE and get "Certificate III in Sexual Services" or some similar diploma? Might be an opening here for an astute educator?

Even with ML, I wonder how they develop techniques. I remember going to "legit" shop a few years ago. The ML was highly competent at massage but was definitely a "no touch" (me/you) zone.
