Anyone know if unusual prosthetics are a good idea

That's a pretty subjective question..... a good idea in what respect? The risks, how they look in 20 years, maintenance??
Unusual prosthetics for me are sub dermal implants. Ass fillers and boob jobs are pretty vanilla nowadays imho.
