I was thinking to check out 46 springhouse in sydenham as its cheap and close to me,

looks they thier account got banned from the forum, anything I should know?

I doubt it because thats so old but good find, they were posting well after that

They seem to have TWO listings in the forum index:
- 46 Marrickville Springhouse
- Spring House

If you look at he AUS99 directory for that address, it shows as PLEARNWAN BAR
