Last time I went to 110 maybe 5 years ago. I remembered the rate was 170/30 . 278 only charges 140/30 including CIM and DD. It’s very normal 278 has much more customers than 110.
110 used to be as famous as 638 Angel Town. The latter already gone for more than 3 years. More competion benefits for costumer. Is this ethical? Definitely not. But its not illegal as well. Its a cutthroat world out there in whatever business there are. You see Google and Facebook constantly hunting each other's employees, you see hospitals hunting top specialists to join their ranks etc. As much as I hate this sort of practice, its pretty common everywhere. The only way to stop these sort of issues is to have some sort of employment contracts, but don't think its gonna happen here
