Go and read some reviews on the 278 girls, they all do CIM, some are better than the others.

Time is the biggest factor, most girls want to get it over with ASAP, so they can move onto the next routine (or customer). Cooperative GFs or FWBs are the better experience if you are not time wary. You can train them.
