Northside was starving for shops for years now 4 within 100 yards on Stafford Rd now another 4 at 439 Lutwyche Rd within 100

They have an advertisement for MLs as well (drill down via advertiser) saying they are are busy Northside shop.
Interesting to see how it pans out.
It is a 2 at story building with 6 rooms. Parking out back, and back entrance.
Has the potential to be a good venue

Ok. I contacted the shop to ask what's going on.
Apparently still under construction, open on Wednesday.
Owners have the Sakura shop on Stafford Rd, and this is a way to get back closer too customers that went to the Albion shop.
Has a back entrance. Had 4 rooms.
I'll try during the week.
