They do... The girls do a line up on any given random day when the female council inspector drops in... The inspections ensures that all girls have their underwear on, no lacy g strings, preferably full briefs or flesh coloured underwear, flat comfortable shoes as oppose to heels, loose fitting t shirts, no cleavage or chest revealing singlets, hair tied up neatly in a bun, preferably wearing a paper cap like that of factory worker and most importantly, no sexy make up with any shades of red lipstick... Oh, they also check that nails are trimmed neatly, no fake long acrylic nails...
