If I use it in the stronger one off dosage, I get terrible back pain (one of the known side effects)
So in consultation with my Dr, who knows I'm with a much younger girl, he suggested the daily dose.
I started off at 5mg daily and after a week had a semi hard nearly all the time, which isn't good for you. So we dropped it back to 2.5, and everything is good.
If we have sex a couple of times a day for say 3 or more days, I just bump the dosage to 5mg for 2 days or so and we are all good again.

It’s a liquid/gel bro. What type of packaging are yours in? The sachet packets or the “hard-backing” fold to snap open type? If they’re the snap open ones, they might’ve evaporated due to the heat because that packaging is not really airtight. The spot that snaps open is actually not fully sealed. If it’s just for enhancement, even 1/4 is enough.. I wish they sell them in 25-50mg doses.

I take all 100mg cause it’s single use and I don’t want to waste it.

But I sometimes get a thumping headache and a flushing red face from it (never from the blue pill) but the Jelly is very fast acting.

There is actually no proven long term side effects of using PDE5 blockers like Viagra/Kamagra/Cialis/Levitra, etc. There are some suspected ones though, like permanent eye damage, but after almost 3 decades of widespread use, there is still no confirmed cases of any. Some people get slight heart burn and puffy eyes, but usually a red face and possibly an upset stomach so id say take them on a empty stomach, ive got mates who have had easily over 100 of them over the years and they are all ok and still taking them
