The Instagram models with massive followings are like bloggers. They are known as influencers. Yes they make money through sponsorships. Modelling swimwear, clothing & things girls love. They travel all over the world & yes they get paid for it. Telling us how great the food is etc so we go overseas too. Most people who follow these girls are teenagers, young females. People who will go out & buy the swimwear & the clothing. They give Beauty tips. Yes males follow them mostly young males too for obvious reasons. Of course they are stunning. Celebrities use it for a platform too. Selena Gomez & Ariana Grande have over 100 million followers.
However these models/girls are not there offering sex & I doubt very much they would appreciate you or anyone else offering sex for money. In fact any attempt at such a thing will have you blocked by the Instagram Models themselves.
