Just don't go to this place money is with you. You can go to other place which have better customer service. Just like any other business bad service boycott it. That is may motto.

Can be frustrating when you're trying to make a booking via SMS and there is no confirmation from the shop. I guess some shops are more keen for our business than others.

Wherever the shop, if the management dont respond to your texts, they also wont respond to bad service when it happens.
Bad managers or mamasans, wherever the shop is, will drive good customers away
Pay attention to the bad management warning signs.
There is enough competition in every suburb, so just take your money somewhere else
