Havent been in this area for ages, but what a change, there must have been 5 shops/houses in the 100 metres before Bunnings, in Sydney, that would mean great competition, keen prices and stunning girls, i pressume that isnt the case here!

99% of the time competition would drive the prices down but unfortunately Brisbane is full of the 1%'rs that are more than willing to pay whatever the MLs ask for. No questions asked.

I go to 2 of the shops in this area, and the prices are fairly standard, even high-ish at SDS
