Its a fail isnt it. You'd think a business would be keen to hear from new punters (unless they prove themselves to be timewasters)

Theres a pretty low awareness of good customer service in these places
Dont care if someone is calling. Customers are a nuisance.
Tell that to the bored WL who spends time quiet with nothing to do in your brothel. But what do they matter anyway.

Avoid. If they arent interested in your basic questions, they wont ever be interested in your feedback afterwards

Maybe they prefer Asian clients.

But ringing up is an old fashioned method. Better to be able to text and have a record of what you were told, and when your booking is. Using Wechat or Line is pretty chrap for a brothel to use.
But many brothels operate from prehistoric landlines only, still. Poor business setup. Ginza you can book by text. You'd expect that should be the standard. But no it isnt

Once you are a regular, you maybe can expect a meaningful exchange over the phone. But a lot of mamasans work shifts, so the person answering the phone may not know you, may not care, or be rushed

The truth is that brothels prefer people just drop in. Less hassle. Its just when they get busy, they need to respect bookings or fail. Communications that work is critical

This brothel operates on one of Sydneys major highways. Seriously they cant be preferring a landline while answering the phone, managing punters and allocating rooms ? How hard is it to carry a mobile phone and do business by phone and text
