Not for a while now (year or so). Has been pretty hit and miss in the past - some amazing girls there (Makiko from about 5 yrs ago in particular stands out as one of the best I've seen anywhere ever) mixed in with a lot of average and sub-par.

My advice: meet the girl before putting the money down, and read a lot into their facial expression/body language when introduced (not just how cute/hot you think they are). Won't save you from a dud punt everytime but if I'd kept to that simple rule everytime I'd visited here I would skipped quite a few of mechanical, disinterested sessions (like I say, they weren't all like that - but many were).
