Is anyone following the Netflix documentary about game changers?

In general, the film talked about the plant based diet, no meat or meat derived food.

One of the section discussed it can improve the erection, along with the experiment and data.

Could it be really the game changers?

You have to be careful with medical recommendations, and avoid herbal remedies as there is ZERO proof any of it works

You probably know, the official term is 'erectile dysfunction'. The main natural ways to improve fertility and potency is dull and boring advice:
Good sleep, avoid late nights. Stop smoking. No more than 1-2 standard alcohol drinks per day, regular exercise, GP checkup to rule out diabetes or high blood pressure, and maintain a happy mood

There is ZERO proof that any over the counter or herbal preparation makes any difference. There is ZERO proof diet makes a difference to erectile function

Good diet though is important to enhance overall energy levels - avoid take away foods, eat lots of vegetables, and fish, and avoid fatty meats and sugary drinks, and avoid high caffeine energy drinks

GP can prescribe viagra or an alternative, some benefit from penis injections

Nope, no herb ir medication at all in the movie. It's all plant based food, which basically what u mentioned, vegetables and fruit. Watch it first.

Its a sad reality that people think they are getting reliable health information from a TV show. Suddenly subscription TV is the source of wisdom
Social media and Pay TV have become so normalised, that panic merchants and advertisers/marketers have far more influence than in the past. Celery juice anyone? Activated almonds anyone? Trump for President? Hiliary Clintons a criminal etc

Vegan diet?
I can be OK but you have to be careful that you get all the vital nutrients/vitamins/minerals etc
Not enough iron in your blood = not enough lead in your pipe ;)

When it comes to health and fitness, it's truly "Pick your science". Paper A concludes X. Conversely, Paper B concludes Y.
Choose your conclusion, then find the science that backs your conclusion.

The Netflix doco is clearly from one side. Here's the other: https://carnivoremd.com/debunking-the-game-changers/

Up to you what you put in your body and gives you the hardest-of-hardy-hard-hard-ons, but I wouldn't let one documentary clear your fridge of what's very healthy.Absolutely 100% Agree !

People need to wake up to modern marketing. Every food conglomerate (big business) will pay researchers to publish articles that support their position.

To expand the market to a younger segment, they pay for scripts writers and video services to publish on TV now.

End of the day. You have to pick your own poison...

I have read that the pretend footballer by the name of Darius Boyd is trying to get all his Brisbane Broncos team-mates to follow this diet. If they end up playing like this fucking imbecile after the diet, the Broncos will vanish into oblivion.

If you really want to know, just try it for a week or 2 and you will see a difference.
It is only diet change and a short time wont hurt your body.

If you decide to go longer, see a doctor or dietican to make sure you get enough nutrients in diet. Mostly protein, iron and B12.
