Asked the management about this recently, all they would give me is "we still own the building". I mentioned how they spent a bunch renovating the place (I'd been to it once before they bought it out, average place, Ruby Kiss it was called, craaazy hot I think Thai girl with zero English called Cookie. I still miss that super slim tanned bod, and that ultra tight puss). They simply nodded.
They didn't really respond to the suggestion of selling it for big bucks due to the reno. Guess they're holding onto it for future plans that they have no ideas for yet.
