Sure.

But what you start at with at $250 / hr at 42 you would be paying $350 / hr for at Liaisons.
To get what you actually want you may have to pay more, it may simply be unavailable if the lady doesn't like doing it.
Again basically the same as Liaisons but starting $100 lower.

So why would any Western lady work at 42 instead of a western brothel?
Well in a Western Brothel they house normally takes half (so the lady gets $175 if the bill is $350) while 42 takes $50 leaving the lady $200. I presume it is similar at 244

42 offering their Western ladies under basically the same terms as a western brothel (here is the base price for at least this, if the lady wants to do more she is welcome to do so, if she wants an 'extra' for it she can agree that with you), but with a lower base price for the customer.
