There are so many things shop owners doing wrong, I will do right

More about the rewarding system, the shop can provide a random generated user number ID to the customer after their first punt if they request. The customer then uses this ID to register on the website and setup a password, the website does not ask for any other personal information, you only need to remember the ID and password.

Not about making profit, it's about creating something and then keep improving on it.
