A bill was recently passed in the NT which decriminalises aspects of the sex trade. The new bill gives sex workers access to industrial rights, protections and social responsibilities. It also gives punters and pimps the right to take women to court for damages if they don't "complete service" or if they withdraw consent.
Other states have been considering and debating similar sex trade bills.
For punters ‘Incomplete or poor services’ is a very ambiguous term and open to interpretation.
