Thai shop next to 84a Artarmon

Does anyone know if the thai shop that is on the same floor and next to 84a Artarmon is legit or RnT. I was at 84a during the week and as I walked past the thai place at the top of the stairs I noticed a couple of really sexy thai girls sitting around at the front of the shop. If I didn't have a booking at 84a I would have had a go.

Any punters tried the thai shop or are regulars and can report back.
