Just saw on the 9 News that massage therapy parlours can reopen in Stage 2 but......it said that they must record “all client contact details”.

Does that mean massage sex shops ? I don’t think so, just legitimate massage therapy.

All massage shops can open in stage 2 they shut down tattoo parlours and beauty parlours at the same time as massage parlours. Reopening is 100% on the cards for all massage parlours, all that is required is a phone number and name that will almost never be used.
Remedial massage is already allowed so dont confuse the two, brothels are a little way off i would probably say sept or oct. But by late june or july your favourite RnT place will definitely be open.

I think there is buckley's chance of establishments being allowed to re-open any time soon.

While I would say that a good number of establishments (and private incall/outcall services) have higher hygiene standards than that of a typical doctors surgery, there are more respectable businesses out there that could put in very similar arguments and they won't even be considered. We have no timeline for the re-opening of public gyms and dance studios yet either.

Personally I won't be installing COVIDSafe just to be able to enter an establishment, nor will I be installing it on my devices for any other reason for that matter. But I guess it's also up to the punter how much they're willing to put their privacy on the line to bust their nuts.

I like how they try and justify this by saying that dating apps are a less safe method of finding a bonk (I heard that people have been posting photos of their COVID-19 test results on their dating app profiles to prove that they're safe to hook up with). Especially given that some establishments have been running private operations on the down-low since the forced closures came in.

Of this list of establishments calling to re-open, wow, I just got an even better idea of how much the oldest profession really does pay. Having previously visited a couple of the establishments listed in years past, I would say that these are among the most expensive but yet among the lowest in terms of service levels.
