Funny the number of people that have phone line troubles, you have to pay your bill, if you have done this then just ring telstra and keep climbing the tree until you get some action this is costing your business money.

If you can't get instant action just say put me on to your manager or supervisor, I did this about 20 years ago now, but just kept going after 2 hours I had 4 Telsta vans in my drive way and a tempory line run in another 3 hours. Marvelous what can be done with a bit of persistance. What do they say the squeeky wheel gets the oil.

It took two weeks, you can go without your phone number for two weeks? I would be giving it to Telstra if I were you.

If you didn't supply service to your customers for two week you wouldn't have a business how can Telstra get away with that poor service? Whats it cost your business?

This is completely unacceptable.
