I went past it a week ago; it was well shut (windows and doors). At least that's what it seemed like from the streets.
I just had a quick glance and didn't see any lights on either as it was evening time.

278 Cleveland St closed over one year ago.
The reason is that Ginza 278 Club moved moved from 278 Cleveland St to larger premises at 479 Elizabeth St and is now called Ginza Empire.
Ginza Empire still uses the 278 Club prefix in the Forum. They never bothered to change it. This can be confusing.
Ginza Empire premises at 479 Elizabeth St and Ginza 310 Cleveland St premises have been closed since the covid-19 lockdown.
