What is the verification process for images on E&B etc?

been seeing a lot of people posting about fakes ads even those with verified photos, such as E&B,

what is the process these girls go through to get verified, I imagine it must be hard, I have only seen bros asking for photos with a specific message as a method of validation, keen to understand how the site does it to see if its reliable

Its more bait and switch, any girl can hold up a name and number that's real. They get you in with the add and the girl ends up being different.

Asking for something specific written on the pic can rule out the switch, I have asked some girls to do the same that all have what looks like legit adds and none reply back.

It's something as as simple as "'can you send a picture with you holding a paper with your number and today's date".
