Kinda confused

Hey everyone, so I made a booking for a girl that I have been a regular of, on the 1st only to get told later that day she had cancelled her whole shift. Next day I tried to book her again only to be told she no longer works for them........ but she keeps getting listed on the roster everyday and is even listed as only seeing limited bookings each day. Wtf?

Nothing new, some shops tend to bullshit about the roster to come across as having more wl than they do.

Its one thing I can't stand either.
