Made rnt booking and was offered full body or FS

Hi, I have been in the forum for almost a year but never posted anything. Not sure if anyone ever asked this question.
I usually never make booking. So I called and (I guess mamasan?) offered options for full body or full service. Is that normal? Also whether make booking via wechat is a better option than phone call?

Depends on the shop. Some places have full licences and offer full service options.

Booking by WeChat or even SMS offers a bit more clarity and evidence of what you requested or the shop confirmed. Some shops don't have good grasp of spoken English and misunderstandings can occur.

Depends on the shop. Pretty standard booking procedure in some shops where massage and/or FS is on the menu, possibly the mamasan was wanting to know which girl to book you with as some girls will do FS and some only B2B.
