I was at a shop the other day and Lady left to return a few minutes later. Asked me if I had heard the raised voices? A punter had only wanted relief and paid his money for that, then when completed was complaining about no massage. He was given part refund and told to leave. Unbelievable so thick skinned. You can't put an old head on young shoulders lol
