Without a script from sites like Oz meds direct you will be waiting for over 2 months like i did due to the covid issues.

Prior to covid it was 10 days max, I normally order the kamagra jelly not pills, this time it was pills and they look nasty so I optd for the local option.

Better to go to a random medical centre and speak to a male Dr and get a script for some locally and atleast you know their quality controlled and not stuff from India which can be cheap and nasty.

Anyway, best bet is to just go see a GP - a random one at a medical centre if you don't want to face your own one and get a script for Sildenafil Citrate (the generic name of Viagra).

Here's another pro tip once you have your script, go to the pharmacy and request Sandoz brand of Sildenafil Citrate (get them to order it in if they don't stock it).

Reason is that the Sandoz branded tablets are scored into quarters so you can split one tablet into 4 pieces (to test dosage strength if you've never tried them before) and a packet of 4 tablets is like only $12.

I don't need to use it and function just fine, but sometimes I will take a quarter of a 50mg tab (12.5mg) to gain that extra performance enhancing advantage without suffering any side effects.

Anything more than that dosage for me doesn't really do anything extra for me beside giving me a throbbing headache and a flushed face.

Medically I couldn't tell you the difference.
The gel had less side effects re: stuffy nose/ headaches from increased blood flow.

They don't help you last longer, just get erect easier and harder. Especially for multiple rounds

I've tried Kamagra twice and both times the strength and potency varied greatly so the quality control isn't really all there.

Personally I don't trust what the contents of it are as it's an unregulated drug made in India.

You're better off sticking to the stuff that a Dr here can prescribe and be legally purchased at a pharmacy.

If you can get a Dr to give you a script, you could also try Tadalafil, Vardenafil or Avanafil, but Viagra/Sildenafil has been around longer and tends to have less side effects (although it doesn't last in your system for as long as the others).

I am absolutely aware of the side effects, don't wanna fuck myself up so it pays to do your research. Don't combine nitrates with ED meds. Nitrates found in grapefruit and watermelon can interact with the sildenafil citrate and cause serious complications. I know of a bloke who died from viagra abuse, I don't wanna be another statistic. Always read the directions on the packet and take the advice seriously.
