Often wondered what the fee split is between the House and the girls is
If the fee is $240 how much does the girl receive ?
The girl does all the work but the outlay spent on the shop needs to be recouped
and a profit returned for the risk taken
A 65/35 split would seem reasonable with the girl receiving 65
Some girls are popular ... some aren’t . With a big roster it isn’t for all girls to make a reasonable dollar
What would be a reasonable 8 hour shift for a girl to earn ?.. $1200 in the busier High end shops and half that in the cheaper low end shops ..?

It has always been like that with western management shops.

The split ratio for Asian shops is more like 70/30. So the lower price of Asian shops come from the owner taking a lower cut while most of the popular shop insist on girl doing more services to retain customer.

Thats y they prefer to do 30mins and then extra ontop as they think they can take 2 customers per 1hr plus tips is better then doing 1 hr customers

Mr. Woods is correct in rent split. Though it seems 30 minutes job is good for girls...many have told me that they like 45-60 minutes session as they don't feel rushed....

Fairly certain 42G hourly rate for most girls are $230 for diamond not $250. Some Japanese girls they charge more or if it’s a western girl.

42G girls get $180 for $230 diamond, shop takes $50. Its like 80-20 or 75-25 split in favor of the girls. i asked multiple girls as well, always get the same answer. Maybe the girl you saw tried to downplay her earnings to be humble/low profile

Hi! I think there are different percentages because one of my friends is doing with 2 different people and 1 is giving her 65/35 and she has a deal with other 1 by 70/30 it depends.
