The odd occasion I do go to RnT the massage and slow build up is just as important to me as the 'volcano'. I think it is pretty unreasonable to be wanting 2 shots in 30 minutes for a standard tip. I mean, 30 minute session for me is pointless anyway. Minimum hour session with 30 minutes massage and 30 minutes play and there is never enough time for a second pop in that scenario.
