Have been wanting to share my experience. About 2months ago saw some discussions on Viagra and seemed quite magical to me. Bite the bullet and got a prescription from my GP. Popped in a pharmacy $14 for 4 easy.

Didn't want to try it with my regular as I value the connection and not sure how this was going to workout. Booked a 9pm session with a lady that I have been eyeing on and had good reviews.

Reduced the dinner to about 70% of amount that I'd normally eat as I heard full stomach slows the effect. Cut a pill to half 50mg as recommended, took it 40mins before the session time as I was told it take 30 to 60mins to kick in.

I must add that it depends on your body and how it metabolizes it in your system - for me, I don't have any problems getting it up or performing so I only need an absolutely tiny amount of 6.25mg to give me an extra performance enhancement which I can liken to going from wood to titanium strength hardness.

So my suggestion is to test out different dosages and see how your body reacts. If you have a repeat available on your prescription, go to the pharmacy and get them to order in (if they don't stock it) Sandoz (brand) Sildenafil (generic name of Pfizer's Viagra) as the tablets are cheaper at only $12 for four but most importantly, the tablets are pre-scored into quarters making it easier to break/cut the pill into smaller portions.

Oh and also invest in a pill cutter!

Thanks mate. That's really good advice and I wouldn't have thought going to such fine dosages. I might give it a try at some point. I might also do it in the afternoon instead of at night. That will give me the opportunity to drink a lot of water before the bed time.

It does get quite fiddly cutting the pill into an eighth but that's where getting the Sandoz ones help as they're pre-scored into quarters whereas normal Viagra or other generic pharmacy brands aren't.

If you don't want to mess around with cutting the pill to such a miniscule size, you could also get your script changed to the 25mg dosage so that way you just split them into quarters and you're good to go.

Depends on your age and how convincing you can be, I guess. But don't say you want to experiment with it, they definitely won't prescribe it then.

I use Qoctor. You can get a prescription from them, or also ask them to dispense and deliver the viagra (or your choice of ED medication) to you via post. I usually get Sildenafil in 100mg form with the most tablets, and then use a pill cutter to cut into 50mg tablets (the other options are too expensive, and have too few pills)

Its the absorption mechanism.

The effect of the jelly is its absorbed virtually straight away via the mouth, where as viagra is further down the system (so to speak) and will take some time. Cutting or breaking will help break down the coating to help faster absorption but then you can have taste issues.

of course there is the alternative "cialis" but I am not that familiar with its mechanism's.

Took another trial on Spedra. Cut a tiny bit from a 100mg pill which I believe it's less than 1/10 (~8mg?). It's so tiny. If I drop it, I can never find it.

Just took it while waiting at the shop. It's a fantastic session. Felt natural with a little side effects. I still feel the heart beat when I back home for sleep but getting 80% of normal sleep quality which was quite OK. A little uncomfortable still next day but this time felt well worth.

Yes it does, but indirectly. It makes your erection kind of "separated" from your level of arousal, which means you can easily "zone out" mid-sex to avoid cumming too early and still maintain full erection.

If you didn't have this effect, you would constantly have to toe the edge between max arousal / cumming to maintain full erection. It's easy to overcook it and go over the edge when you're doing that.

The Kamagra gel would have had 100mg of sildenafil in it.
Whereas if you had the smallest dose of viagra in a pill, that might have been only 50mg or even just 25mg.
And if you’d cut it smaller still, you would have had even less sildenafil.

So yes, more sildenafil, more likely more performance.

And it’s this flip side of more sildenafil where I’ve found the problem to be for me.

Great thread and some very knowledgeable and experienced punters

Kamagra jel, oral strips, ciallis and viagra all had similar side effects eg face flushing, strong heart palpitations, blocked nose, headache etc but reducing the dosage will lessen the aforementioned side effects.

I will only use 100mg or 50mg if I’m doing doubles. Otherwise the 25-50mg dosage is fine for a session or two.

Trying to split the Kamagra jel satchels is difficult and can be quite sticky on the fingers especially when trying to squeeze out the last bit of jelly. I didn’t mind the flavours though.
The oral strips are great as you can cut the paper like strips into halves, quarters or eighths with your fingers. The only caveat is that it leaves a blue dye colour on the top of your tongue. Use water to wash away the blue stain it leaves behind.

In all cases avoid heavy meals and alcohol intake before taking these enhancers as it will lessen the intended effect. Taking sufficient water before (and after) helps keep you hydrated.

Kamagra jel and sildenafil oral strips are great in that it kicks in after 15-30mins and the effect is sustained for a few hours or at least the night.
Viagra kicks in after 2-3 hrs and generally continues to work for 6-8 hours.
Ciallis on the other hand lingers for at least 2-3 days. Great for the weekend horny getaways with the WL or ML.

Alcohol will have a two fold negative effect bro.

First, you get desensitized if you're completely smashed. These drugs will still only work if you can feel aroused. Just try to remember, last time you got smashed, did you feel aroused at all?

Second effect depends on what you're drinking. Beer/ale/ any other weak alcohol that you can chuff down easily will make you go to the toilet more. Depends on how full your tummy is, and that in turn depends on what you ate in the last meal. If you had a big juicy steak, that’s going to be hard to digest because of all the fat in it, so you’ll have to wait at least 2 hours before taking it. If you had some Pad Thai noodles, that’s easy, 1 hour will do. Rule of thumb is, if you feel bloated, then you’re not ready to take it.

If you follow the above and take it on an empty stomach, it will take effect within 15-30 mins.
If you really cannot wait that long and try to take it with a semi full stomach, it could take more or less an hour to have an effect, and it’s effects will also be diminished.

Sounds like a lot of hassle but it’s worth it!

That's a good question, and a good differentiation point.
The product www.kamagraoioioi.com ships is sourced from Thailand, and as such is generally not the same as that sold and marked as Indian domestic market.

Cryptex that’s the purpose of taking the medication. It could be best to read online. Erection issue are very common and can be due to simple things like stress or other health issues as well as age. Lot of the problems can be resolved by changing lifestyle, eating healthy and excersises such as weight training. Others may need help of medicines. Ok so I have now tried Super Kamagra in the pill form. Although the brother who gave me this trial pack suggested I try quarter it was hard to cut precisely without the pill cutter. The pill is very effective and was effective 5-6 hours later. The first time I did not have any alcohol. Only a light lunch 1 hour after taking the pill. First time the hot flushes felt too much. Afterwards I guess you start getting used to them.

The second time I had light dinner and a glass of red wine an hour later again. This time for the life of me I could not come the second time. I was hard and pumping away but girl and I gave up as I could not come with the condom.

The third time I tried quarter and it feels this is the right dosage for me. Will keep using and see what happens. One thing I noticed I was very thirsty. Drinking lots of water may help flush the chemicals from the body.

Yep, alcohol and these meds are a bad combo. It's not that the meds and the alcohol directly interact, but they each have "opposing"/"amplifying" effects on you, it all becomes a big mess depending on what you take.

The Viagra/Kamagra (they are the same things) is meant to amplify your arousal from sexual stimulation. You get aroused, your hard on is harder than normal, giddy up.

Alcohol has the effect of making it more difficult for you to feel sexual stimulation. If you got really smashed, forget about it, you won't even feel your dick. This is going in the opposite direction of using Viagra.

Then you mix in Dapoxetine, which is meant to fuck with your brain so that it is even harder to be sexually stimulated to the point of cumming. This + the alcohol = your dick doesn't stand a chance.

If you absolutely have to drink alc before the sex (party night, wining and dining, etc) then you must not take Dapoxetine. IE. You can take normal Kamagra, but you must not take "super" Kamagra.
