Supplements after Sex

I didn't know why I was so exhausted today and not able to work in front of computer. I had sex last Saturday, Sunday and yesterday 3 days in a row.

I didn't expect to do it yesterday until my regular ML wechat me in early afternoon telling me she missed me and desired me and wanted me to come over to the shop to see her. This was the second Monday she did it. She had never done this even I went on 2 weeks without seeing her. I would oblige her since she asked for it never mind whether she was commercially motivated or not.

In the mid afternoon today I was desperate to get up to work that I took a hot drink with a cocktail of B12, multi-vitamins, garlic pill and Q10 Coenzyme. It seemed to restore my energy level that I could be able to spring back to work again.

I'm really interested to know which of the supplements I took was principally responsible to the restoration of my energy.

Years ago, i might have suggested .... nicotine, nothing like having a post-coitus smoke :). (but I don't partake of that anymore - smoking that is) !!

You need Zinc, protein and electrolytes. Just eat really well and get a multivitamin. I use Maca powder on smoothies and muesli and it keeps me going. Also make sure you get your sleep.

Maybe it is garlic pill after all that increased your stamina. For me I usually take black sesame powder mixed with sugar & warm water, it's a popular Taiwanese desert that's mentioned in TCM to blacken hair & increase semen production.

I like it better to be able to cum multiple times rather than to last too long. In my teenage days my record was 6 times overnight with my gf back then. Now I'd only be able to cum once a day if I'm having sex daily, otherwise if once a week I'd be lucky to cum twice in an hour. Only Anna from 42G can make me cum twice so far!

Lots of good advice in here.

At some point your body has to recharge and sleep and hydration are the essential ingredients for performance.

Eating apples i find does the trick for me for a quick recovery, along with zinc like others have mentioned and Lecithin pills.

Is zinc good to reduce the refractory period??? I'm relatively still young and I have massive orgasms and it knocks me out for a bit. I can get hard again quickly (15 - 30mins) and stamina is fine but there is no point in going again for me if I'm not sensitive again for a bit.

Any suggestions?

Has this recently started?? And if you really feel drained maybe you should see a doctor

Yes. Will be seeing a doctor for a blood test to see whether he could find out the cause of it.

A few friends recommend Vitamin C and D.

Looked into it myself and there is a hormone called prolactin that your body releases after orgasm. Some studies in men showed that an imbalance of levels can lead to usual stuff like low libido etc but also low energy levels.
