Yes I was looking at reviews for places that accept non japanese speaking customers and they were one of the two that were frequently mentioned.

I spent a lot of time in Japan and in my more innocent days was lucky to be accompanied by a Japanese friend. That made a huge difference, and in addition some degree of competence with the language is a huge help. I don't know if the situation has changed recently, but in the past I would have said, avoid the allegedly 'foreigner' friendly places and find a Japanese friend or colleague to get you into the better places.

I had a great time in Club Amour when I was in Japan last year, went 4 times in 3 days.

20000 yen for 1 hour, one of the girl offered fs for 10000 yen extra.

The selection of girls and service level is much better than sydney, not to mention the price

A few things to do to get good punts in Japan:

- be Asian (white European background is surely to get terrible service)
- have at least intermediate level spoken Japanese skills
