One of the things that I struggle with is the shop environment. I'm a private person and like to keep things discreet (maybe a little paranoid about being seen). I know that some of the Caucasian brothels offer their clients a escorting option and wanted to know if shops like ginza, N5M, G42 etc. offered escorts would you be interested in taking them up on this offer?

If you are a regular and you book at least 2 hours, and are prepared to pay extra, it might be worth their while, otherwise the risk of something happening to the girl and the time lost by the girl getting to the job and back is not worth it. Time is money.
During lockdown I read maybe on this forum some shops were working in private apartment. There is a wechat ID girlsdelivery. Maybe you could try them.
