Latest update. Hector Enrique Valencia, 21, was extradited to Sydney on Tuesday and charged with the murder of Coogee woman Kimberley McRae in January. Valencia was arrested in late February on the Caribbean island of Aruba over the alleged killing of Ms McRae (69 year of age). She had a twin sister who grieves her loss.
