Who takes it from a good visit to a great experience....?
Many discussions describe contacting the shop, arrival, greeting and farewell.... and come back soon.....and there are a few mamasan's who add to the whole experience. Who is your favourite?
For me Cherry at TopRyde190 is #1. From her chirpy and quick replies, recommendations and confirmations on wechat to the super bubbly greeting when you arrive (occasionally trying to upsell to a double .... but not yet successful darling....) she makes the whole experience fantastic [emoji1]
I can see Sasa at the new shop in Parramatta has learned a few things from her but Cherry #1.
