Hi bro any recommendation for a young man not to visit this forum and to start to save up some cash for property investment lol ? I know there's many dating apps out there but any good one to recommend? I have been using a few of them but a bit quiet those.....or may be just quiet for me lol but good to hear some of your experience

Which dating app is the best? Many out there depending on what you want. Are you after a serious relationship go to Eharmony or just a fling try Tinder. There are overseas dating apps to meet Asian girls overseas but given our borders are closed, it would be a waste of time perusing overseas girls profiles at this stage.

Mate, dating will costs more and lets not talk about marriage, now that will cost you half of all your assets. Punting provides added benefits ... i won't go into the details.
My advice to a young bloke, date "the one/marriage material" normal girl and punt on the side to keep your life balanced.
