Is ally_ellee on instagram fake? Do WL on instagram exist?

I had this profile pop up on my Instagram last year mid lock down and thought it was fake. The photos and stories kept coming out and they looked kinda authentic.

I messaged her and she claimed to be a WL in Sydney - but she wanted money wired via PayPal or wouldn't accept a booking :grimace:

Her profile is cute but I ain't jumping on paying anything ahead of time like that. Anyone punted with her before? Is Instagram a thing in the WL world?
