The local hotel clerk can help you. Prices are around $100 for overnight with an ok looking girl. Just ask them.

In terms of covid-19, YES! It is among the safest places in the world, coming in at #5 for the LEAST amount of cases per million of population.
The whole society is still operating as usual, and many of my friends find it very hard to imagine the world during COVID 19 lockdown which is still happening.
But, there is a HUGE BUT - I am not sure that the Vietnamese government may welcome foreign tourists in 2021. It depends on the vaccination effort in your country.
Put the COVID 19 aside, Vietnam is safe to foreigners.
Not sure where you got your info but in contact with Viet national most days. HCM & Hanoi in lockdown, cases increasing - eg 2 died yesterday from COVID in Hanoi.
Schools closed in HCM & Hanoi. Restricted movements between areas of the city / country.
Basically foreigners remain banned from entering Vietnam, except foreign experts, investors, managers, skilled workers, and resident diplomats. 21 day quarantine awaits anyway.

Hanoi was fun for the massage joints and barbers shops. A few years ago the government cracked down on overnight hotel visitors. All hotel guests and overnight visitors had to be registered to some government agency. I didn't go back again when I heard that change. Easier places to visit for sex in Asia.
I wish to go back as a straight tourist to Vn.

I have been going to Vietnam in 2019 made 4 trips. I found the hotels in Saigon were more stricter than Hanoi. I stayed in three different hotels and both tried to stop girl coming to the room. They did not allow guest after 9pm also. One upmarket hotel even called the room 2-3 times when I took visitor to the room. Very annoying. I had however managed to take one to the room first day and had great time. After few days they kind of start to know you and give you hard time. I did not tip the hotel staff maybe I should have. In Hanoi staying in old quarter they never stopped even once. Although Hanoi is more conservative and harder to find regular girls. Saigon is however more open and girls more willing. If you can’t afford 5 star hotels I would book AirBnb.Quote:

I was very lucky using dating apps. Only tried WL once who I found through zalo. She was hot girl well worth $200 and dinner I spent. I would consider this one the higher side. i went a while back, unless you have local knowledge its hard to find ML/WL with services. Normal ML is easy, but they have very strict rules and prostitution is illegal. Its also a much harsher penalty.
The other thing is you cannot take someone up to your hotel without checking out (the smaller ones look the other way) even if you check someone in, you cannot have more than 1 woman in your room. Stay away from larger 5star hotels, they will ban you from having even guests come up.
