Broadway has listed her as thai before for a period of time, and NS lists her as Laotian.
Spoke to her and she's Vietnamese/Chinese - not ABV came to Australia a few years ago but her english is pretty good.
Face wise not typical vietnamese looking.

I saw her before and she had blue / silverish short hair. she's also bit short.

She ain’t all that good anyway. When I last had her she was not that enthusiastic and was a clock watcher. First time she was “Ok” but yeah second time ..... meh. You didn't miss out on much honestly.
