I’m located in Brisbane and have never had the chance to experience Sydney by myself. Always been with the family and never have time to duck out for a sess.
Anyway, I’ll have the chance to go down early January next year for work. It’s like being a kid in a candy store, but I won’t have that much time to go around. What would be the 2 must go to places in Sydney?

Looks like in this thread you will get lots of opinions and advice and if it gets confusing just go through the reviews and reports of these places. You will find lot of information and you could choose based on your budget and preference. If you stay around Macquarie Park then you have the choice of getting on the train into the city. At Macquarie Park you will be less than 10 minutes from Top Ryde and only a fraction longer to Chatswood /Artarmon.
