I'm not entirely sure myself.. i've dated quite a few girls with enhanced boobs. My last was vietnamese with enhanced bust. And i think they looked good on her.
I guess i like the way they look, perkier, firmer.. look good in a bra or out, and better for spanish in my opinion.
