This morning on waking ate Arepa with the left over pork cooked the night before and sweetened with a spicy smoky sauce .

Arepa is made from maize and is like a biscuit.

It’s was hot crisp golden oily on the outside and a fluffy inside with a slit made forming a pocket in which the warmed pulled pork and sauce was stuffed. All washed down with sgl origin high roast blk coffees
