If I was running a shop with 3-4 girls. What kind of returns could I get? Can I do it from my house zonned residential in Brisbane? I have the space. How do I stop them from dipping their hands in the till? I'd have to have the maddam that I can trust I guess.

I thought girls get half the hourly rate plus tips ... but maybe they only get tips in some places
