Can anyone explain what this means and how do you do it?

"We have noticed that user’s signature has link reference to old forum URL. Would you please help update your signature with relative path instead of full path. - admin"

Go to a 5* post, click on the link at the bottom called All 5* Reviews, you will know what it means.

The link needs to be updated by changing the web address.
