Reading in this post that aus99 forum was not available for viewing from Japan made me remember that forum.aus99 was not available for viewing on a recent trip to Europe.
Does anyone know about this blocking? Is it porn filtering at the foreign country end, blocking by the web host or the website owner?
If you are heading overseas and relying on accessing info from this forum, you may need a vpn or other access method.

I've had no probs accessing in Hawaii, Korea, HK or Singapore so as was said obviously just a problem isolated to source countries of 'problems'...

Blocked in uk for certain, I just got back from there yesterday and was unable to access the forum. The main site was ok.
I was able to work around porn blocking using zenmate on my iPad but the syd99 forum was still a No no for some reason

No, I live in Japan and can access the site fine, just check it once in a while to see updates for my trips back home.
Unfortunately, it is blocked from many countries, e.g. from Europe. When i enter the net in Australia with an Europe phone card, it is also blocked.
I travelled to US. Found I still had access to Aus99 for a few days, but then was blocked full I arrived back in Australia.
Not blocked in Thailand - no trouble accessing anytime.

Just been to Thailand and Bali and access was no worries
Defo was still blocked in the UK when I was last there in early 2020

Express VPN works fine. Have never had a problem anywhere in the world, even in china
