I dont think i have gone over 7 days maximum without ejaculating in the past 15 years.

Max 7 days, any longer I get very irritated and snappy. Although I get super focused on work when I haven't busted after 3-4 days. Then after 4 days that's when the itchy starts to get bad and I get grumpy lol
