I was not certain, but I think it was Yuki running the front desk with Jessie at the time (I've only ever seen Wilson back at Ginza and maybe Yuki once a long time ago) and another man escorting the other customers around, so sorry in advance I didn't catch your names. :confused2:
The waiting room is located right next to the front desk, and it consists of a main seating area with sofas and private waiting booths adjacent to it (separated by curtains). I didn't really get a good look at it all as there were other customers and workers passing by and the corridors were kind of cramped, but overall the whole setup is well-lit and inviting.
I waited a little bit before Nana was ready, and was surprised that she came to fetch me because normally with Ginza you're given the room number to go up to. Just a few things holding it back from being a 11/10:
- Soundproofing was not exactly perfect, so I can hear noise from the corridor and front desk (Ginza was probably the same, but Wilson was so much more calm and collected it was generally serene back there lol). Just worried that this can become chaotic in peak hours with more people coming in and out.
- Nana spat into the bin and used the tissue very often throughout BBBJ, which was a turnoff. Wish she would kiss more in the shower, and maybe at least trim down her bush if she does not like to shave.
- I am not sure if the roster detail was a typo, but listing Nana as 21 when she said herself she is 24 is off-putting. I was under the impression that Ginza always had accurate profiles and photos, and it is always better to let the qualities of a girl speak for themselves rather than have a customer come in and be disappointed. Not that I'm saying there was much of a difference, as Nana was still amazing, but I hope future profiles are accurate and up to date.
Overall 278 Club is very promising, and honestly as an offshoot of Ginza Club I have no doubt it will do well in the near future. As long as they can maintain the high consistent standards that they have shown throughout the years, then they will have no trouble living up to Ginza's legendary status. For those Ginza fans and veterans, I reckon you should definitely give this a go if you haven't already gone or decided to.
