I will admit that Sydney is THE place for RnT... very hit and miss (more "miss") in Melbourne.

It's interesting how aus99 is quite frequent in their Sydney updates. For Melbourne, look up "sammyboyforum"... it's quite busy whereas the Sydney section is pretty quiet.
