I've recently reno-ed my bathroom and got a Japanese Toto toilet system. Heating for the toilet seat, bidet and a dryer to dry your ass. It's amazing. Cost me a fair amount of money though. The toilet seat itself cost me around $3k.

Also huge electricity bill if you leave the toilet seat heating on constantly.
