Decided to get some of this the other day and give it a try. Got the 20mg ones and so far so good, no side effects or anything. Definitely works better than Spedra, felt like that one was a waste of money.

Just wondering what the biggest dosages are you fellas have tried? Anyone done more than 20mg at one go? And anyone got tips or tricks to get the most bang out of it?

By any means don't take any more than 20mg. These medications can cause a big drop in your blood pressure and land you in emergency if you don't take them wisely. The effect of a 20mg tablet is meant to last for up to 36 hours. So you should not take another one for a couple of days. Ask your pharmacist if you are taking any other medications or if you have any other health conditions. There are some deadly interactions that can literally kill you. If you need those pills often then may be you can get the 5mg and take them daily to be ready anytime.
